Carousel machine for underpressing with two 180° rotating lower plates and one head with vertical descent (the flat shapes can be different from each other).
The machine is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* steam heating
* vacuum lower plate; vacuum both at the beginning and at the end of the working cycle with the possibility to switch it off at the end; separate vaccums (right/left) for double shapes
* steam heated upper plate and steaming
* lower air blowing possible only if programmed
* suction hoods made up of conveyable air electric fans (only for shapes without APS)
* safety device for machine rotation by automatic gate
* 7'' Touch Screen TC7
The shape is provided with:
* sponging
* ironing pressure adjustment
* lower steaming
* double lower suction
