SHOULDERS, SLEEVES AND ARMHOLE PRESSING

Automatic unit with 2 movable and independent upper plates, revolving and adjustable in each direction as to obtain a perfect orthogonal pressing at the lower shape.
The upper plates movement is obtained by double cylinders (quick movement during the approaching and return, sensitive during the pressing).
The machine is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* 2 lower dummies with long arm, armhole shape and shapes for outer sleeve
* steam heated and steaming upper plates
* lower plates: body with vacuum and steaming in the shoulders area, air blowing and steaming on sleeves, steaming and vacuum on the outer sleeves
with vacsteam device and protective screen, steaming and air blowing on armhole
* electronic device which allows:
* a precision upper plates adjustment in the pressing and sponging positions
* the pressure selection through programmer
* controls fitted on the movable upper shapes
