Macpi presented the new version of 336.59T taping machine, column taping unit between heat sealing machinery most popular thanks to its versatility and its use with any type of garment. In its new release, the taping machine has been further refined, especially with regard toergonomics And the energy savings, which have always been two fundamental aspects in the design of Macpi machines. The biggest differences compared to the previous model are:
- Inclination of the upper part by an additional 10 degrees and a cantilevered blow that allow greater visibility to the operator during processing;
- Electronic blow regulation that replaces the classic mechanical adjustment, so as to always obtain the same belt-blow distance even on several machines installed at the same customer;
- Single electrical resistance of 2000 watts that reduces electrical consumption with a drastic cut in air consumption;
- Maintenance costs reduced to zero thanks to the free extension of the warranty on electrical resistors to 3 years;
- On request, the machine can be supplied with electronic height adjustment up to 135 cm, to further increase the operator's comfort level.
The machine is manageable by the operator through a practical latest-generation color touch screen which allows you to program and save the parameters of the work cycle.
